Jenni grew up in the rural northeastern town of Shickshinny, PA. She attended college initially as a broadcast journalism major but switched to business management in her junior year. She graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Business in 2003. Three days after graduating from Penn State, Jenni made the decision to move south and has called Tampa Bay home ever since.
She started her career in the insurance industry and worked as a prior claims adjuster and later a claims supervisor with one of the nation’s largest auto insurance carriers. Jenni was one of the few female adjusters in her company’s region that secured I-Car Platinum Certification in property damage. She handled various positions throughout her tenure in insurance claims, including property damage, unrepresented bodily injury cases, attorney represented bodily injury claims, fire and theft investigations, commercial loss, motorcycle crashes and catastrophic, high exposure injury cases.
In late 2010, she joined the Brumbelow Drechsel Law Group to assist in drafting demand packages to various insurance carriers as an independent contractor. By early 2011, she became Joshua Drechsel’s sole paralegal handling all aspects of case management of both pre-suit and litigation cases. She has remained steadfast in her role since the formation of Josh Firm P.A. in 2015 and in helping establish Josh Firm P.A.’s office location in St. Petersburg.
Given her claims experience, she has an inside perspective as to how an insurance company will evaluate a case and is devout in aiding clients to recover through every possible aspect of a claim, including property damage and diminishment of value. Jenni prides herself on being readily accessible to injury victims, with all clients having her personal contact information and encourages open communications throughout the duration of the case.
